A focused piece of work: a deep-dive audit, a two-year financial forecast, a go-to-market plan, a founder-coaching intensive. Scoped to the outcome, not the clock. For consumable-product ecom brands specifically — food, supplements, skincare — I run this work through my dedicated practice, Captains of Ecom, which includes ninety days of guided execution with access to my vetted network of copywriters, ad buyers, designers, and CRO pros.
